Brooklyn Restaurant Picks

By James Rini
Since we’re in restaurants all day long, and it’s sort of a job requirement to love food here at Bikelane, we get asked for restaurant recommendations all day long. This week, we’re giving you a partial list of the best restaurants in Brooklyn for weekend eats: late night, brunch, casual and specials are all represented.

Now the reason the list is partial is because there are just too many good places. In recent years, Brooklyn has become famous for its food. But for those from Brooklyn, it’s always been the best. I’m going to share some of my favorite local places.
Artichoke Basille’s Pizza
Artichoke Basille’s Pizza has a cult following here in the city, and with 9 locations throughout the boroughs, they make it easy for us to get our fix. Artichoke Basille’s is delicious all day, but they’re especially a great late night snack with some locations open until 5AM.
